All products purchased from AudioVex are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Due to the personal nature of audio and eyewear products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed and fulfilled. This policy exists to ensure every customer receives a brand new, untampered product.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at audiovex_@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you.
